Frequently Asked Questions
- Do we have to make
reservations? Yes, reservations are required!
- Do I have to pay for my
reservations when I make them? Yes, we do require
payment at the time that you make your reservation. We have
limited seating, and can't reserve tables for people who may not
show up.
- Can I hold my
reservation with a credit card, and then pay cash when I get
there? No, we ask that all payment be by credit card or
check at the time you make your reservation. The same holds
true for reservations made online. We cannot hold a table
without payment. Once you purchase seats, your reservation is
non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of whether you
purchased online or by phone.
- What time does the show
start? We ask that everyone arrive at the time specified
on their confirmation letter, generally between 11:00-11:30 am for lunch shows
and 6:00-6:30 pm for dinner shows.
We ask that you not arrive too
early, as we can't open the doors more than15 minutes prior to
your arrival time. Once you arrive, we will begin your
meal service, and once everyone has been served, we begin the
show.
- What if I have to
cancel at the last minute? We do not offer refunds,
unless we have to cancel
the show. If for some reason you cannot make the date you have
purchased your seats for, please call us. Depending on the
situation, we may be able to offer you an alternate date,
depending on availability.

Your ticket price is for an all-inclusive
package which includes your meal, coffee or iced tea, dessert,
show, tax and gratuity.

Tickets are non-refundable and
non-transferable.

the Cabaret, and you don't see it listed as available on the
calendar, please call to ask. We may be able to assist
you!
